Inspired by the book "Chungui: Violence and memory traces" by Edilberto Jiménez Quispe, this video animation collects some of the narrations described and that refer to the atrocities and killings that occurred by terrorism in the interior of Peru between 1980 and 2000.

The video shows a school notebook where these stories are drawn in pencil; the same ones that seem to come to life or confirm their latent waiting state as a wound that cannot yet heal. At the same time, they invade a notebook and seize its materiality, too  as a reflection on the quality of education regarding the issues of human rights crimes that occurred in Peru and that should not be forgotten.
