ORGANUM. BODY UNIVERSES

2018

The human body has approximately 30 trillion cells and they reproduce, feed, generate energy and constantly die. Corporal Universes is a project in the form of a biological search and personal interpretation of what happens in Cristina's body as a way of understanding her diagnosis of skin cancer, a reflection that starts from personal interest, and expands artistically towards the creation of new complex and minute organisms that have their own nature. This set of works that suggest a personal interpretation of the body, seen as a mysterious universe in constant transformation. It is exploring, understanding its changes and when an organism becomes abnormal
